Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and MyGradePrep for using MyGradePrep. By creating an account you accept them. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to them for you.

1. What MyGradePrep is

MyGradePrep is an independent practice platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to WAEC, NECO, JAMB or any university. Their names are used only to describe the exams we help you prepare for. Our questions are practice material and are not the real exam papers.

2. Your account

• Give accurate details and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Each account is for one person. Student accounts can be signed in on one device at a time; signing in elsewhere signs out the other device.
• Sharing, selling or renting your account is not allowed. We may suspend accounts that are shared.

3. Free plan, trial and Premium

• The free plan includes a limited number of questions per day. We may change free-plan limits.
• New students may receive a short free Premium trial after verifying their email, once per person.
• Premium is prepaid for a fixed period (for example 7, 30, 90 or 180 days) and does not renew automatically; you are never charged without choosing to pay. Buying again adds time to your current Premium.
• Prices are shown before you pay, in your local currency. Payments are processed by Paystack.

4. Activation PINs

An activation PIN gives Premium for the period stated and can be used once. Buy PINs only from MyGradePrep or our authorised agents; we cannot honour PINs that were stolen, already used, expired or obtained by fraud.

5. Referrals

You may earn free Premium when friends you invite buy a plan of 30 days or more. Rewards are for genuine friends only; creating fake accounts, inviting yourself or other abuse cancels rewards and may lead to suspension. The same rules apply to agent commission.

5A. Competitions and leaderboards

• Each student may enter a competition once, from one account. Using several accounts, sharing questions or answers, or getting help from others during a competition leads to disqualification.
• Before giving a prize we may ask the winner to confirm their identity (for example by phone or with a school or ID card). Prizes are as described on the competition page.
• Your first name and surname initial and your score may appear in public rankings.

5B. Theory practice and AI marking

Theory scores are marked by you against our marking scheme. "Mark with AI" suggests which points your typed answer earns; it is guidance to help you learn, not an official WAEC, NECO or JAMB grade, and it can make mistakes. Check its suggestions against the marking scheme.

6. Fair use

You must not:

• copy, download in bulk, republish or sell our questions, explanations or other content;
• use bots, scripts or other tools to access the website, or try to get around timers, limits or payments;
• interfere with the website's security or other users' accounts.

7. Our content

Questions, explanations, software and branding belong to MyGradePrep or its licensors. You may use them for your own personal study only.

8. No guaranteed results

We work hard to make our questions and explanations accurate and useful, but we cannot guarantee any exam result or admission. If you find a mistake in a question, please tell us and we will fix it.

9. Availability and liability

We aim to keep MyGradePrep available at all times but cannot promise it will never be interrupted, for example during maintenance. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under Nigerian consumer protection law.

10. Ending your use

You may stop using MyGradePrep and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms; where the breach is serious, unused Premium time may not be refunded.

11. Changes and law

We may update these terms and will tell you about important changes in advance. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
